From abattoirs to butchers and meat packing companies: our custom carcass tags will ensure your production line runs smoothly. We have extensive experience in providing new solutions for the food industry, and work with many large players in the field.
We supply specialist carcass and meat processing tags and labels, which are designed to be overprinted by your own thermal and direct thermal print systems. Our labels and tags are compatible with most label software and print systems.
By using our tags, you can ensure carcasses will always be identifiable; with easy access to information such as date of slaughter, and when the meat will go out of date.
Carcass tags and labels can be supplied plain or pre-printed with logos, company details, text and colour-coding in standard stock sizes, or custom bespoke sizes.
Synthetic Direct & Synthetic Thermal Transfer Tags
Ideal for fish and meat carcass tags (including deer), our synthetic direct thermal tags are available as self-ties, tray tags and self-adhesive carcass tags. Alternatively, the synthetic thermal transfer tags are suitable for beef, deer and fish; available as loop locks, hang tags and self-adhesive carcass tags.
Both of these tags are tear resistant, and are resistant from fat, water and other animal fluids. Available in plain white or pre-coloured, all of our carcass tags are compliant to the requirements of the Foodstuffs and Consumer Act 1997.
Metal Detectable Tags
Our metal detectable tags ensure that no metal makes it into the food processing system. Suitable to be stored in the oven, chiller and freezer without risk of degradation, choose from a wide range of materials, sizes and colours.
Custom Tags & Labels
We understand just how important it is to keep your operations line moving. That’s why, if you have specific requirements for your tags, we can replicate any existing tags and label sizes previously created; or we can create an entirely bespoke design that’s tailored to your exact requirements.
